Hello, I was hoping to get some insight from fellow small & new businesses. I am interested in everyone's answers, but it would be most helpful for me to hear from businesses either having employees already or planning to have employees.
As a business owner, what are your concerns when you think about information security? What do you think information security is? Is there a difference between information security and information awareness? What gaps do you or have you had that needed to be addressed? What policies do you have in place to protect your business from potential security breaches and leaks of business sensitive data? How important is it even to think a out information security-type things? What topics are most important to consider? Are there any "lessons learned" you would be willing to share regarding information security?
