Hello again everyone. This question relates to my previous question.
I have filed for my business license and filed the NAICS code 423490 (Other Professional Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers). While the primary business will be wholesale to retail stores, I need to find out what my product will sell for to the end user. So I plan to sell a small batch of product in order to determine end sale price. This would constitute retail sale, so can I do it? How serious is it to do something other than what your NAICS code is? Or can I just log under research and development since it will be a one time thing? Thanks.
