Hi. I'm new to the sight and currently in the process of writing my business plan for a new business. I have read the older posts regarding direct mail and have a few questions. One of the markets I am trying to reach is "snowbirds" in my area. I thought since this target market group is usually 55 and up they would be best reached via direct mail. I contacted US data corp. and they quoted me $750 for a mailing list for this market for 10 zip codes. Doesn't that seems really pricy? Can anyone suggest other data sources that would be more reasonable? I don't want to blow my whole budget on direct mail. What is a reasonable price to pay for 200 addresses?

Welcome to the forums, Albhomewatch!

InfoFree.com (http://www.infofree.com) charges $49.95/month with no contract for lists. You can search any zip code by age.

I hope this helps to lower your costs!

Thank you David. I will definitely look into that.
