Diplomas, Degrees, and Certifications

Simple question: does anyone still frame and mount their degrees and/or certifications in their office?

... and how is this received?

I don't have any of the above, but they don't really matter in the tech world.

In certain fields, such as lawyers, doctors, teachers, and some engineering, as a consumer of their services I like to see that.

If you're in a publicly accessible office looking to impress potential clients with your credentials, then you mount the degrees and certifications. If you're in a cube farm in the middle of a corporate office, it's ridiculously pretentious. Know your audience!
