I have a small construction company, I do remodeling, room additions, and garages, ect. I have found a really good quality replacement window for a really competitive price and would like to advertise replacement windows in the local paper. The trouble is I don't wanna be known for only windows and discourage calls for say vinyl siding or a room addition, ect. Any ideas?

Create an ad that clearly reflects everything you do but put a text balloon saying you are running a special on replacement windows.

That lets people know you do everything else but "hey right now is a great time to get some new windows and we can do that too."

^^^ Yes!

Be sure to have a call-to-action and a deadline to get their new windows.

This is a common thought I have seen many people having. That thought being: if I advertise one of my services, will my other services suffer? The short answer is: not if you advertise correctly. I would recommend that when you create your ad, state something like the following:

Name of your company,
We do remodeling, room additions, and garages.

This way people people can see your windows and now what else you do. Good luck!
