I am starting a subscription service that will ensure a customers security on any of our services ie. computer virus removal, cell phone repairs, and etc. My question is how would I even start a contract so that I can get this started. Should I label the prices and what I want to include and hand it to a lawyer. I am really eager to know and would like to have this completed soon. What should I do first

Yes, get a lawyer to construct your contracts. Plain and simple.

Okay thanks that is what I am thinking. Should I have a have a blueprint ready this will be my first subscription service.

Well, yeah. Lawyers charge by the millisecond :). You should know what you need and how you think you want to structure it before you contact an attorney, and then they can guide you on the specifics.
