We try to find some clients and partners in the USA but still it is not very good. Dont know why :-(

There are a ton of reasons. Not all of them are fair, but it's something that you need to deal with.
I agree with VG, you won't attract US clients without a well written English language website. How are they supposed to even find you or understand what you have to offer?

Help me understand something. You're in Russia, speak Russian, and Russia is a pretty big country with what I'm sure is a huge market. Why are you trying to get customers elsewhere instead of what and where you know?
