If a single person is part of multiple independent startups, and each one wants to do an incorporation, can that one person common to those
startups, have multiple incorporations? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Thanks

Simply put - yes.

Advantages - asset protection and cleaner books

Disadvantages - clunky and time consuming for one person to handle the administration of multiple companies.

Thanks. I know that you can technically have a parent company that owns all these companies that the person is part of, but lets say there is no parent company, so each company is totally independent from each other. Is your answer still the same?
