Recommendations for Online Service ?

I would like to start a C-Corp in Portland, OR.
Has anyone any good experience with an online service setting up a C-Corp ?

First stop is your local Sec of State or whoever handles that for your state. Find out what the requirements are in your state. They will probably give you the paperwork or at least tell you where you can do online to download the forms.
Or you can use something like Legal Zoom.

You can also get all the forms and info you need at at the good old IRS:

You can even call them and they will gladly help you.
