KPCB puts out a yearly internet trends report that covers everything from Global trends, advertising and communication, mobile, and data privacy.
It's big, detailed and is a good reference for anyone in Internet Marketing and Development.
I haven't had a chance to scan through it all, but I'm sure I'll have some thoughts down the road.

Yep. Big time. It's the hot market that everyone wants a foothold in. The amount of affordable device makers in that market has exploded in the last 2 years and actually are coming out with some decent phones. I think this helps us all. This year I've notice a significant increase in lower priced devices with high end specs that will be available in this market too.

Wow, there is a lot of info in that report. The section on advertising, which I, admittedly, skimmed, had some interesting stats.

It's a ridiculous amount of information. You could blog for the rest of the year on all of the information in that report.

Here's a video of her presentation of the data in 24 minutes. Don't blink. She flies with a lot of information.

It's a really interesting report. Thanks for putting the link up.
It's interesting to see the dramatic increase in mobile advertising (with not such a dramatic increase in desktop) and then a few slides later see the dramatic increase in mobile adblocking users. It's going to be a challenge for advertisers to get their message across in years to come.

Thanks for the link, although 2016 is almost over, it's never to early to get a head start on 2017 :)
