How can I found the real mentor in business? There are many websites where I see mentors, but all of them is not helpful. Maybe you know some real platform or start-up meetings for the new player in business?

Lot's of knowledge here on this forum with a variety of experience and business types. Search the archives and ask detailed questions.
This is one of the best forums. Folks are very happy to give advise, share their experiences etc. However, nobody anywhere is going to be a full time mentor to a start up without some form of participation. But, ask the questions and you'll get answers here.

I would agree with the others that there is some great advice here but you may also find some help from SCORE or with a meetup group in your area of entrepreneurs.

One of the local universities here offers free small business consulting. I used it and it was worth it. Maybe a university in your area offers something like this?

Ask yourself—do you need a coach or a mentor? ...
Get to know them first. ...
Never start with the word “mentor” ...
Determine if you and your mentor have a good fit. ...
Pick someone who does not have strong “ties” to your business. ...
Express genuine interest. ...
Make yourself worth mentoring.
