I have a question: I always register my LLCs in Delaware because my state is horribly anti business. My company is 100% online based. I have a registered agent in Delaware, but I need to receive mail. If I set my mailing address to my house, is that going to count as I'm operating in that state? Or should I get a virtual address in Delaware to avoid it? I don't plan on hiring employees any time soon as it's small.
