I have been involved in a long deal with a client. Well.. I got busy with other clients and had not reached out to this one in a while, my bad I know.
the deal is going through, I left a voicemail. I recently sent some forms that need to be signed. He asked who I am and my part in this, ouch that hurt. its only been a few months and I know everyone is upside down with the pandemic and all.
My question is how do I professionally reconnect with this person. Save face if I can, and let him know that I am on his side and working on his behalf.
In case it helps I am the buyers agent on a new home construction sale. Thank you for your help.
