Is Virtual Business is more easy to Start from Physical Business?

I was thinking to start my new business. I need advice which business is more better. Few friends suggest me to start physical business and few said start a virtual business like Bookkeeping Services or Digital Agency.

I need your Advice which one is more better



Physical
Bookkeeping Services
Digital Marketing Agency

I do not personally have experience with this but I would say today a virtual business like Bookkeeping or a Digital Marketing Agency would be more efficient. A lot of businesses are still working remotely and would benefit from this especially with many companies starting social media pages.
