I had a customer yesterday who needed a product manual. He wasn't very computer literate, but could fumble around well enough. I sent him a pdf manual. He couldn't open it.
Long story short, the IT department had taken Acrobat Reader off all of their computers because of a conflict. So this company was at least big enough to have an IT department or person.
Talk about an IT guy that doesn't know what they are doing. Even my customer called him an idiot.
