1. What office/administrative tasks consume a significant portion of your time?
2. What tasks, which you currently complete, do you wish you could delegate to a potential employee?
3. If given the opportunity, would you consider hiring an independent contractor/company to handle these mundane administrative tasks so that you could focus on the priorities of your business?
