The cheapest way to get your business out there are the things that you can do yourself. Search Engine Optimization, Writing articles, Promoting (not spamming) through Facebook, Twitter and Linked In. Participating in discussions on forums and boards. Contributing to industry publications. Those things are all free.

Online, Cheap usually means not effective. Advertising online is not incredibly expensive, it just takes some attention to testing out what works and what doesn't. You can get the best bang for your buck by learning all that you can and learning to be efficient with your dollars.

Not sure I can just answer that question with a "Yes, go to this company, or, use this service". There are too many variables and possibilities to account for without knowing more about your business, needs, goals...and most of all budget. What is "cheap" to you?
(Those other questions need to be answered first though.)

Be careful about looking for cheap ways to advertise your business. You actually want effective ways not cheap. Follow the marketing strategies that ebor9 suggested for now and you should be ok.

you could try adwords or facebook ads - they are 'cheap' because you can set a limit to how much you want to spend. Once you hit the limit then your ads stop showing. But as someone else said - you're better off working on quality SEO so you come up organically in search results

You have to remember the old adage that you get what you pay for. I would work on finding some keywords that are low in competition and have a decent amount of searches and then start there. The more keywords that you can get ranked for the better. Once you get the lower ones ranked then work on the harder ones in your area. If you set out looking for the cheapest, I think you are just going to be wasting your money in the long run.

You could list your computers in Google products. Just google "google products" and at the bottom of the page, you will see a link "Information for Merchants." Once you click, assuming you have a google account, you can add your products, which will be listed when people search for products. That is free

1. I would make a website ( Wordpress) or get someone to make it for you. Have some tips for readers about computers and have them opt in.
2. Advertise on Craigslist / Backpage.
3. Make a couple of videos about your computers. One would be some tips and the other more about selling your computers, such as 5 Things You Need to Know before Buying a Computer.
4. Use some of the stuff already mentioned and you should be fine. Good Luck.

Be careful if you decide to use a SEO or Marketing company. Do some research on SEO and check their customers to make sure they are able to do what they claim. I've seen a few people get roped into a contract and get very little out of it.

When you do your website be careful about SEO firms. Most SEO work you should be able to do yourself. The except maybe the portion dealing with laying out the website. That would depend on your level of website design skill. Don't go with any SEO company that charges a monthly rate to "maintain" your SEO.
