I was wondering if I can get any feedback on how to search the web for start up technology companies that are in need of funding.

Do you have a business plan? Are you looking for a venture capitalist or just basic money? How much are you needing to get going and what sort of site/business is it? All things to really help point you in the right direction.

Just in general Google tech start-ups or something along that line. Find a consultant or someone who can help get you going and give you the advice, or email someone that has done it and ask them how they did it.
