Business License for a company incorporated in another state.

I recently incroporated a business in South Carolina; however, I live in Georgia. I incorporated in SC because I would like to move there later on. Anyway, I'm don't know where I need to file for a business license. I used my father as the transfer agent for incorporation in SC and his address. However, the actual address of the business is in GA. Can anyone help me here or point me to the right way to handle this quesiton?
