Grants for online businesses

I am trying to find grants to pay a person to enter my products on my online store and I was wondering if there are any grants to help me with that. Any information you can give me would be great. Thanks, Robyn.

I doubt you'd find a grant so you could hire an employee.

You might be able to get a loan to do that, though. Assuming you are making the money to pay interest and principle on the loan, you might try using a micro-finance site online. I would recommend www.prosper.com (http://www.prosper.com).

Yeah I think a loan would be what you'd need for this. I have a hard time believing there are grants out there specifically so you could hire employees.

Depending on the scope of the project and the legitimacy of your business you might want to consider looking at local schools for student that needs real time "on the job training" such as internship that they might be able to apply the hours work toward their certificate.
