Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you're in a good climate for dog walking. I live in Michigan. Dog walking in the winter would be brutal!

Don't want to hijack this thread but from everything I read you gotta stand up and do something every hour or so. Even if its the dishes in the kitchen or a 2 min workout. The two hour workout at the end of the day if you are that energetic won't replace the movement throughout the day.

Ok, now back to our regularly scheduled dog walking post :)
