Former Hotel Owner buying a gas station , business only..Need to know the multiplier used..1.5 times NOI + inventory or something else? If you're out there SteveM I could sure use your advice...Thanks:cool:

inside sales seems to have a 500% markup....if not more

from what ive heard gas sales= almost no profit....all the $$ is made from coffee and candy bars

here in WI they have a minimum markup law.....it kills competition....Walmart has been fighting for years here to kill the law, so they can have the cheapest gas
