Developing my Business

Friends,
I want to develop my business. My friend told make SEO and PR. But I am following public relations through phone calls and getting nearer to my customers and slowly increasing my business. I didn't done SEO. Is it increase my business? Which is fetching more customers, SEO or PR or both? I request ideas from this forum friends.

You need to find your weak spots in getting clients and address them. If you don't get clients from your website, or the search engines visitors count is low, then you need to concentrate on SEO. In my opinion, PR is only good for building and maintaining a good brand. If you already have that, no need to concentrate on it too much.
However, keeping in touch with your customers is vital.

I would work on SEO. PR should be continued for customers, to assist with word of mouth and retain your base. SEO is the foundation for the modern user who profiles companies by Internet searches.
