LLC Investing in Stock

Hi

We are a 2 member LLC (partnership, 50%) each, husband and wife and file taxes jointly. Can we invest in mutual funds/stocks? Our passive income won't reach 25% of LLC's
income.

Unless your articles of organization expressly prohibit it, your LLC can invest in anything you want. The income will simply pass through to you on your Form K-1.
