I'm on a team developing a tool for measuring corporate culture for Startup Weekend, and we're trying to come up with some product validation.

I'm not sure how helpful my responses will be since I'm a company of one, but I did fill out the survey. There's not much for me to manage in the way of corporate culture other than me following my own vision and being true to myself.
