    Good DAY!

    I planned to have an internet cafe or motorcycle spare part/electronic parts business but i have no capital to pursue with.

    Can someone help me to do this business?

    get a 2nd job and save for a couple of years
    borrow from relatives

    huggy's 100% right... most businesses fail for lack of cash. Having no capital means you likely haven't figured out how to manage a budget to make sure there's something left over every month for your startup dreams. That's your first step.
