I think what you've done so far is really great. Have you thought about approaching the local media? Free taster sessions are a really great way of hooking people in. Getting involved in community events can be beneficial as well when your trying to make a name for yourself within your town.

Try to sign up online with affiliates where your target audience goes. For example, people doing yoga ( or interested in yoga ) would also be interested in cycling or buy devices like fitbit, see if you can advertise on web pages or apps which are fitness related.
