    Default Starting transportation business

    I am starting a transportation business and I know you need insurance and sometimes a surety bond. Does anyone know if you can operate a transportation business under another companies insurance & surety bond?

    I know someone doing it but not sure about the liabilities if something was to happen such as an accident.
