Default Leasing a premises with very little experience

I believe I have found a great location for a business but the problem is I have no experience in that line of business. I'm in the process of getting some training currently. My question is, would a landlord accept a lease application from someone that has limited experience or is that too risky for them?

I think it would depend on the specifics of the property and the landlord, though my guess is if you show you can pay the lease and aren't doing anything that could get the landlord in trouble or anything that might reduce the value of the property, the landlord will be fine leasing it to you. I don't know if your experience or lack of experience will be the foremost concern. Again though, I expect it would depend on the details.
