You don't. If you post anything offering your services, your post will be deleted. If you continue to post offers for your services your account will lose the ability to post. This is a discussion forum to help people in business. It's not a customer base for your business to mine.
You're welcome to post a forum signature. Look up and to the right for Settings. Click it and then look for Edit Signature down the left hand column. Read other people's signatures to see what's acceptable.
