Well,if i were you,i would try to search for a cheapest option to storage my items.Or in your case - the safest. As for the proffit,it depends from what part of job each one of you have (easier or more difficult) and from yours invests.It will be more fairly,that if you your friend invest only 10000$ then she will have not more then 20%.But if she will have the hardest part of job,you can increase her % depending from your descision.
