    Default Trademarks, What are the Laws on soda/wine bottles

    Hello, I was just curious....What are the laws concerning re-selling or reusing a product with the company label?

    For example I have a Dr Pepper soda bottle with a label still attached. I want to cut it and create a wind chime to sell on my online store. Any and all advice is appreciated.

    I am not sure about laws regarding re-selling or reusing a product with a company label but I would try to take the label off just to be safe! Also, I like your idea of turning a soda bottle into a wind chime!
