How to get a general idea if you overpaid taxes...

...I'm a self-employed freelancer in Georgia. An accountant friend has been doing my taxes, but he's been having some personal problems the last few years, and I'm wondering if that's affected my return. I'm thinking I may have overpaid, and wondering if there are forums, maybe this one, where I could post my general numbers, income, deductions, and taxes paid, and see if they look off to a professional? It's not worth paying to have them done just to save a few hundred dollars, though I'm wondering if they're off more than that.

This should not be a problem unless he made a human mistake with numbers. I double check my numbers on an Income Tax return.
