Default Where Can I Turn for Facebook Technical Support?

Does anyone know of a good forum for such things. I have this thing that is SO ANNOYING on my FB page and I can find nothing online to solve it.

The problem is this: Whenever I post a photo of one of our products the image is ENORMOUS, and I can find nothing online about how to fix this. I'm pulling my hair out.

    Thank You,
    HH

Very good question. I market my Income Tax business with Facebook locals.

There is a Facebook group for technical support. Facebook itself basically has no support.

Have you checked to see how many pixels per inch your photos are. The web generally is at 72 DPI. If your photos happen to be 300 DPI they would look enormous on Facebook.

Facebook support is notoriously slow and unhelpful unfortunately.
