Hello - I have multiple projects in the Bahamas. One is 40 acres of undeveloped land looking to build 24 homes on, another is 23 acres. Two are single family homes to turn into vacation rental properties and the last one is a 4 unit apartment building. All are in Abaco, Bahamas and are all oceanfront. Would anyone know of any banks or private investors that take on projects of these sizes and do so in the Bahamas?
