whether it was defective or not was a roll of the dice....im a glass 1/2 empty guy, so i decided to take no chances and make it 1 trip......if id be a glass 1/2 full guy i may have went over to check...it would have saved me 1+ hours....but if it would have been defective it would have cost me an extra 1.5 hours more....

when i asked them about it over the phone and the lady couldnt even find the damage anymore i should have rolled the dice and assumed it wasnt damaged.....

im over it now...my anger has faded already...until the next goofy customer
