Thanks for all the input, everyone! Huggy, I think you are right on about finding a small town! The problem is we don't want him to have a long commute to work. There are a couple of small towns around us that might be good options though. For now, he is going to work as an associate with a couple of San Jose dentists and see how it works out. Hopefully this will either lead to a partnership, or at the very least provide some time and income while he looks for other opportunities. Wish us luck!
