    The courts is the legal way. You may want to check your contract with MyUS, they may have an arbitration clause.

    After all this time what I did is: first of all change dropshipper, second file a claim to Fedex via Myus and third claim the payment back to Visa. Visa has already answered that it is really difficult to get the payment back as they did send something and I can't proof there's anything missing. Here we have a middle step between letting it pass and the court which is the 'claim'. Its free, you describe the situation and the institution studies the case and if they see you're right they put a fine to the company. Don't you guys have something like that?
