Getting an Address & Phone Number in a Different City / State

I have a client that wants to start an online business that focuses on a city several states away from his home state. For his website he needs a physical address and phone number for this particular city. What is the best way to set this up?

Why would he need a physical address in the other city? Just curious.

I would think he'd look to something like the UPS store. The address he'd get would be their address, but it would be a street address instead of a PO Box. Other than that I think he'd need to know someone in the city and ask if he could use their address.
