    do you have any more $$ to invest with me?

    lets get it started then.....oh dont worry, we'll worry about the paper work stuff later.....for now i just need your $$ and you to run it for me.



    sometimes its best to get out before you get in deeper....hopefully the $ you have invested is less than $100k

    I think setting a deadline is a good idea. Better to walk away having lost some money than losing even more money. Best is to get the money coming to you, of course. Something does sound fishy though in all you've told us. I would definitely press your partner for some answers and again if there is a 50/50 split in the business then you should have equal say in everything so it shouldn't be your business partner making all the decisions for you.
