    A feasibility study is the only way to know for sure. Putting some basic directional numbers together shouldn't take too long, a couple of hours max. If this basic check looks good, then it might be worth you time to do some additional digging to firm up these numbers and your concept overall. Basically, itemize out your thoughts on how much money would flow into the business, and how much money would flow out.

    Yes it works - in our area some of the major chains offer it. Example Peapod form Stop & Shop. I see those peapod trucks all over here in CT.

    Actually, this business is really good, and it will work. You can try to ajust different things. e.g. selling food for really cheap(nearly for the price you are buying it) but charging more for your delivery, so you will have a lot of customers, because all they will see is a cheap food. So you can earn good money exactly on delivery service not as a food seller.
