Default 3rd Party Merchandise Vendor Question

    Hi All,

I'm a part of a relatively large non profit and we are trying to figure out how to get a merchant who will consistently stock our gear and sell at a reasonable price regardless if we're buying 1 shirt or a bulk order of 200 shirts.

We have a relatively wide variety of stuff and are looking at expanding this even more, having a vendor who will either make the stuff themselves or buy the stuff from whatever merchants they know who can provide it and then just stock it would be great.

Some ideas of what we want to stock:
    clothes (tshirts, hoodies, hats, etc....)
electronics (usb drives with our logo, etc...)
    other (mugs, etc...)

ideally we would want international shipping as the non profit is established in Germany but is worldwide (The Document Foundation)

I'm assuming that there is such a service out there, I told the board I'd do some research and figured asking here would be best.

If some think "why not just set up your own store" - the legal requirements pertaining to this is quite complicated so not really an option. I've considered just renting a storage space but that means shipping to me and then to the end buyer + having to pay for storage space. We'd much rather just have someone who can stock a reasonable amount of stuff and then be able to get a bigger order ready in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes we are buying >250 shirts for events.

Thanks all, first post so thanks in advance!

Basically you're looking for someone to "drop ship" for you. I.e. someone orders from you, you order from someone else and have it delivered to your customer. We do this ourselves (people sell our products from their own web stores but dont stock up on the product - we ship directly to their customers).

It's a bit more difficult if your logo has to be on the merchandise, I doubt any company will put your logo on their products on the fly before they ship to your customer.

That being said, I know a couple of places where you can start. Please PM me.
